Polymorph and Alchemist Abilities

Can an alchemist use any of the following while polymorphed such as by beastshape I? (Let's assume he has a polymorphic pouch and a way to access the items in the new form.)

1) Bombs

2) Extracts

3) Mutagen

Assuming everything needed is in the polymorphic pouch and they have the proper limbs to use such things, then I don't see why not. Extracts and mutagen are basically potions, so as long as you can pull it out of the pouch, uncork it, and drink it you're good to go. But you wouldn't get the claws/bite from feral mutagen.

Finally, an advantage to being an extract user and not a spellcaster...! Just make sure your form has at least one fine manipulator.

Also note that Monstrous Physique line doesn't cause your gear to change.
