Starfinder PDF download...

I just purchased the starfinder core rulebook pdf but there is nothing in my downloads tab and no history of the order, I was however charged for the transaction. What do I do to get my PDF without having to buy it again?


Anyone?


It's a weekend and they don't normally work those, when you say no history do you mean you did not get an email confirmation?

Other than that have you tried going to the Starfinder product page? There should be a Review/Discussion/Downloads tab that you can select so you might be abel to download it from there.

It looks like when they took your information at GenCon they had a typo in your email address. I have switched the purchase to appear on the order history on your account. You should be able to see and download the PDF now.

I just purchased the pdf of Starfinder core book, but it appears I was charged twice to my account. Please advise how to fix this.

Hello Tory,

You have not been charged twice. The first time you tried to submit the order your card was declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file for it.

What you are seeing is an authorization. When you made that attempt the bank was pinged. When that happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize it. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. How long this takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.


Hi,
I purchased the star finder pdf and I tried downloading any zip app I could to get the download to go through on my iPad. It Isn't going through and have been charged for something I can't seem to get. Any help would be appreciated to get it to download, preferably without spending more money on an app I'll use only for one thing or a way to at least get my money back if nothing else works. Thanks


Have you tried the Zip Viewer app?


I don't own an iPad, and this post is a bit old, but it might help.
