I had a question about Slumber. The witch hexes indicate which of them are mind-affecting. Evil Eye and Charm, for example, contain the sentence "This is a mind-affecting charm effect." Slumber does not have that sentence, but is specifically references a spell that is mind-affecting. So would it be classified as Mind-affecting?

since it say its as per the spell sleep i would say it is a mind affecting magical sleep effect, so creature immune to sleep or magical sleep effect are immune as well as those who are immune to mind affecting effect. the spell also make some note to say how different it is from the spell sleep on something like how many HD it affect and if noise or other thing can wake it up

Slumber (Su): A witch can cause a creature within 30 feet to fall into a deep, magical sleep, as per the spell sleep....
Sleep
School enchantment (compulsion) [mind-affecting];
Yes, it is a compulsion and mind affecting as it directly refer the sleep spell.
Then it explain what are the differences with the spell, but none of those are related to it being a compulsion and mind affecting.

Ahh, is misfortune mind affecting? It doesn't say it is anywhere
It don't say anything about being mind affecting and it is not referring any specific spell, so No, it isn't.
At most it would be a curse effect, but it was never listed under that descriptor AFAIK, as the curse descriptor was added in a later book.
