Wrist Sheath + Prehensile Tail

Advice

I'm playing a tiefling and I've bought myself a wrist sheath and in addition to that I took the prehensile tail trait.

I'm fairly new and I'm unsure in what ways I can use these weapons in battle or in any other setting. Greatly appreciate any help you guys can over with these two.

Well, it's to save actions. For example, say you want to heal your ally but they aren't next to you. With a wrist sheath, you pop out your wand of cure, move, and use it as a standard action. It's not a particularly necessary piece of equipment since you have prehensile tail to do something similar, but if your tail is holding something else...

If I'm correct I believe it basically allows me to continue using a move action and then a standard action. As opposed to using just a standard action and not being able to move.

Does that include 5 ft step?
