I have been playing in a Dragonlance campaign utilizing the Age Of Mortals 3.5 Edition SuperAdventure series starting with Key of Destiny continuing into Spectre of Sorrows and finishing with Price of Courage.
Unfortunately our beloved DM has been out of contact for nearly two months.
We would like to continue the campaign and are looking for a DM willing to assist us.
The group could also use a 5th player, preferably a Fighter or Fighter/Cleric.
The Pathfinder rules have been utilized with Dragonlance 3.5 Prestige Classes, Spells, and Feats legal but no Third Party Products.
Currently we are in Book II, Spectre of Sorrows having just escaped from the Coral Citadel and about to confront the BBEG of that chapter in a battle on the Surf.

The Current PC and Player Roster Consists of:
Alathea of Solace 9th Level Human Cleric of Zivilyn - Storyteller Shadow,
Athola 9th Level Afflicted Kender Rogue (Acrobat) - DarkOne the Drow,
Gabriel, the Just 9th Level Human Dual Talented Knight of Solamnia/
Paladin of Kiri-Jolith - Ashe, and
Terevalis Unctio of House Mysti Human Black Robed Wizard (Necromancer) 6/Renegade Hunter 3 - Jason Rodarte.
Our 5th player has not posted in a while so I believe we lost him thus the need for a replacement front liner.
The four current PCs are diligent posters and we would very much like to complete what we started.

Minor error above, Terevalis is an Elf and therefore considered a "Dark" Elf.

I'be been thinking about dipping my toe into DMing here as I've been a player here for 4-5 years and keep wanting to give back , so to say.
Saw your plea for help and well, it's been poking about in my brain since I saw it.
Now, I haven't run a game in quite some time face-to-face and never in PBP, so you'd have to bear with me for a bit.
Also, I have to re-familiarize myself with the setting and campaign, Dragonlance is one of my favourite settings but I'm not too familiar with the 5th Age.
Once I've done that, I'll have a better handle on whether I can step in.
Oh man Spaz that would be great! Take your time and let us know if it works for you. Thanks for even considering it, I know it is a lot to ask as we are high level and the AP is from the 3.5 era.
Spaz, thanx for responding. If you have questions of converting from 3.5 to PF, I sure we will be able to help you there.
DragonLance is one of my favourite settings, and when High God asked for a Rogue I jumped immediately to take part. I was thrilled that High God decided to run the entire AP using PF rules, which I have come to enjoy using very much.
We would really appreciate that. We have played this for over 2 years so there might be a bit to catch up on in terms of character development and things like that. Do you have the module?

They're big. Book 3 is 420 pages . So i have some reading to do, then I'll have to go back through the gameplay to see what, if anything, High God changed.

Thank you for considering this. If it is any help we are in the second module in the sea elf town, we were fighting the aboleth and a few of the Dargonesti evil clerics.
Ouch. We sitting at 7000+ posts already....
High God did change some encounters to be more entertaining for us, a little more tougher as some of the encounters are ridiculously easy with 3.5 and PF rules for party character levels.
Feel free to ask us anything, we here to enjoy the adventure and help the DM to also enjoying running the adventure.

We're all 9th. No WBL, it's been classic treasure as we find it, like many DL campaigns not a ton in the way of magic items.
I think most of our conversions were one off with DM collaboration but Terevalis can confirm that.

I didn't have the book so I didn't know what was there. I have had some spare time and made a crunch here. Used 9th level and kept wealth to a minimum (+1 weapon and armor). Will work on a small background today and submit it, then let's see what happens.
Question: in the Recruitment said no Evil and you're playing a LE character? Not that I matter (in this case), just was a bit amazed (and there's a Paladin around you!).

Yep it is DragonLance after all.
The no evil requirement was at the beginning of the adventure. Well hatred for minators was the deciding factor during the wizard test, that we now have Mr Evil amongst us.
Take a look at our characters gear. To see what typical stuff we have. Just remember to exclude the story artifacts (Dragon Lance, Tears, Shard of Light).
+1 weapon and armor would do for now - after all it's just a submission. We can talk about that if a new GM takes the reins.
Man, it's been... almost 20 years since I don't play Dragonlance. I had forgotten most of the lore (and most of what I just read I didn't know, like the Knights of Neraka and the like).

Well in that game the Minotaurs were far far away, in this one, they're way to close for Elven comfort :-)

If you'll have me, I'll take over.
One caveat...there's no way I'll be able to match the posting frequency of Darkfire...I think I came across one day where you guys posted 30+ times.
So, it'll be a more stately pace. I'm sure I'll get excited and sometimes get 2-3 posts in in a day, but 1 per day will be my goal.

Thanks for taking this on. I know that Terevalis preferred to play versus run DMPCing your own PC is just not the same :-(
We did realize we had created an awesome adventure under the guidance of Darkfire, who sadly vanished suddenly soon after returning from vacation. It would be a challenge to take over as DM with rules, and encounters upgrades taking place.
We can do with a 5 player too, so if you like. You can join in.
