As the title says, I'm in need of undead arcane caster creature akin to Huecuva for clerics. Aside from using vampire, ghoul and skeleton for the purpose, is there one in Pathfinder Bestiaries?
Well, there's a lich?
You wouldn't want to be a skeleton (as they're mindless), but a skeletal champion (or juju zombie) retains their previous minds (though, admittedly, they also retain their power). Since you mentioned ghouls, there's also wights, and the fext (especially the spellscarred variant) or the lich shade. If you're just looking for lower-power creatures, you'll want to look for a vampire spawn rather than actual vampires.
Skeletal mage and witchfire are both "arcane-like" creatures (between the mage part and the hag, which is like a witch).

Just for context, I'm searching an undead arcane spellcaster aside from obvious variants, because one of players at my CotCT run decided to depart from the game. In process he got his character (11 lvl wordcaster sorcerer) killed, but for a good reason. Characters body is now in the hands of bad guys, so they'll not pass the opportunity to make him their twisted pawn.
And yes, the player did gave permission for me to do this.
Ah! Got it! In that case I'd strongly recommend one of the plague creatures - especially ghouls and ghasts, given the plague origin, but something like a variant vampire or vampire spans might work well, too. Where was the PC from originally? If it's Vudra or was at all associated with the Arkonas (by 11th level, Inthink you're past them, unfortunately, but it could still be related) a vetala vampire may be appropriate.
A lich shade might be a solid choice if they attempted to pull a Geb/Arazni stunt on a lower level (and still failed; level 11 is technically the level they could succeed, though, so... make of that what you will). This also fits decently with the origin.
Outside of that, I'd guess something like the spellscarred text would be pretty decent.
Going back to the ghoul/ghast, you could have it be spellscarred or even a manawasted mutant as a "magic gone awry" variant. Hope those ideas help!
