What do you need to run Rise of the Runelords

If I would like to run rise of the runelords anniversary edition as a play by post, what other books do I need?
I guess the core rulebook and the first bestiary?

Some monsters that had stats given within the original books, no more do so in the Anniversary Edition. You will also need Bestiary 2 and Bestiary 3.
