I'm creating some new magic items for my homebrew Pathfinder world, and I need to know to price granting or doubling low-light vision.
Is there a spell in either the D20 core rules or in Ptahfinder that does this?
A spell for low-light vision exists already. It's in the Forgotten Realms, a 1st-level spell available to rangers and sorcerers/wizards, but grants low-light vision (standard). I think it was in Magic of Faerun. It's also found in the Complete Arcane.

Just a question but would the Alter Self spell help?
Its just that I remember its supposed to be able to grant you some abilities like poor maneuverability flight and thought that might allow low-light vision say eyes of the elf... anyway the Elven Cloak is supposed to be only created by an elf and wonder if they couldn't just have Elven Goggles or Spectacles well they do have the darkvision version thought wasn't that in the Magic of Faerun as well?
