Any tips on making a bladed scarf character?

I've looked all over but i can't find anything that would support the weapon at least not directly.

Kapenia Dancer Magus is designed for the bladed scarf but it's not that good.
Warpriest or Fighter with AWT would work great with it.
Unchained Rouge also works well.

Unchained rogue is a huge buff from the base rogue - just take

to get proficiency.
Kapenia dancer still has the advantage of being a magus though. Of course, one thing you could do is dip magus to get the reach and some canny defense.
