I think what this is trying to say is that the Rage ability is usable 1/day at level 5, and that you can use the ability to disrupt lycanthropes at-will. That's what makes the most sense, at least.

I don't think so. 'This Ability', Which is Mantle of Moonlight, can do two separate things. Even then, you can still only use it once per day.
This ability would refer probably to the entire Mantle of Moonlight ability, in my opinion.

As I read it, once per day, per 5 levels. It's one ability, the rage and the anti-lycanthrope. The way it's worded, if you touch a non-lycanthrope, they'll go into a rage. If you touch a lycanthrope, if forces them to humanoid form. Duration is 1 round per oracle level for either effect.
But it's a bizarre rule. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm reading it wrong.

At 1st Level you have that and...

Those are both available from the start.
The only thing that is altered at 5th level is the following.
"Upon reaching 5th level, you can use this ability to force others into a rage, as per the spell. Using this ability is a melee touch attack. You can use this ability once per day at 5th level plus one additional time per day for every 5 levels above 5th."
That's how I was reading it as well. You start with the immunity and the de-canthrope ability and then gain the rage at 5th, which can be used once every 5.
yeah. I'm gonna change my position. Given what was pointed out to me, I think that's more sensible. I'm not too proud to admit to being wrong
