Really simple, in a campaign setting where they're are (not prominently, it's a home made campaign) Vampires, and where they're are vampires they're /should/ be allowed Dhampirs. But as when one of my party members wanted to roll a Dhampir Bloodrager, there was no Dhampir Bloodline, I mean for gods sake Kitsune have a Bloodline but not Dhampir??
So, I did what any respectable homebrew-loving GM would do, Made one!
I know It's most likely wildly either trash or overpowered, but that's the beauty of homebrew, endless experimentation. Used Undead Bloodline as the base template, then basically rewrote from there. Thoughts, Comments, Feedback?

In my opinion, the bite is too powerful. Standard damage for a bite attack (such as the half-orc "Toothy" and goblin "Hard Head, Big Teeth" alternate racial traits) is a 1d4 primary natural attack. Additionally, while I like the idea of the fast healing, I think this goes a little overboard. Perhaps start with 2 at 4th, and add two every 4th level, with the duration being a straight die roll (1d6, perhaps).
On the other hand, I feel that the capstone ability is lacking. At 20th level, DR vs silver is very weak as most, if not all, opponents will be wielding the +3 or better weapons that can bypass the DR.
I don't have any suggestions at this time for replacements, but this does have promise, so I hope you keep working on it!

If the fast healing triggers when the bite is used you might want to put a restriction on targets to start the fast healing - no objects, probably not on creatures immune to critical hits, maybe not on undead or constructs.
The Dark Curse has too much of a negative IMO and also doesn't take advantage of stuff already in the PF system. Light sensitivity seems like what you're after.
Blood Feast looks like it duplicates the Forefather's Canines ability to an extent. Something more different would be better IMO. How about an ability to summon wolves or bats instead, or to change into them? Look up the vampire in the bestiary.
Night Wraith specifies the number of time increments it lasts but not what that time increment is.

Yes, why not just use the Undead bloodline, with the Sorcerer adaptations for their Sanguine?
In terms of the way-OP Bite attack, the Race Builder gives size-medium creatures a 1d4 bite as the max they can get, for 2 RP. It's a primary attack only if they're not wielding manufactured weapons, btw. And the Draconic bloodline power is claws for the same damage. Meanwhile, actual, full-blooded (so to speak) dhampirs can gain only a 1d3 bite as medium creatures. How did their descendents get soooo much nastier?
