Fantasy Grounds store sync process

Hi guys,

I have an extensive PDF library here at Paizo.

Apparently through the Partner Account syncronisation process, the FG store should be able to detect the purchases I have here for applying discounts on the products in their store.

They say all is 'hunky dorey' ( or OK ) on their end.

Can someone please check the process on this side with my account to make sure that it is functional?

Hi FabioMatt,

I moved it because this isn't really something that CS can help with at this time.

Additionally, a lot of the staff is out of the office today with the 4th of July holiday tomorrow. It might be a bit before anyone that might be able to help sees this.

I keep forgetting that the temptation to take a 4 day long weekend would be strong.


Is it possible that FG is not finding the PDFs on Paize because I haven't bought the PDFs but rather, received them for free as part of my ongoing subscriptions?

Hey again Matt,

It looks like we still have some wires crossed with the tool FantasyGrounds uses to communicate with our back end. We're still actively working on it right now and hoping to have it resolved asap (We fixed some of them yesterday, but a few issues persisted). We'll get back to you as soon as it's good. I'll also ping Fantasy Grounds to see if theres anything I can do in the mean time.

Is this still a large issue? I'm not getting the syc to work either.


Seems the issue or something similar is still occuring.
My Adventure path subscription 1-102 do not synch, except for Kingmaker.
I notice the chapters are no longer available on FG, but sold as single volumes now. Could this be the problem?
