It's probably been answered but I've a hell of a time finding it.
1)Skills- How does the eidolon skills work with the summoner.
A) It does not get any
B) While summoned does the skills of the
eidolon remove the summoner skills
C) Are they treated as Miscellaneous skill modifiers.
D) You keep all skills from both but would use the higher value when it's summoned

2) Feat eligibility - Is the summoner allowed to take feats as long as it meets the pre-req when it's eidolon is summoned butonly able to use them when it's summoned?

Thank you for your answers/help.

1) A

2)

I think the general consensus is that if you pull of an all-nighter (keeping your eidolon-armor active for 24h) you qualify for pre-reqs, similar to other buffs.

Sovereign Court

1) A
2) If you don't meet the prereqs for a feat 24/7, you can't select it. If you have 7 strength outside of your eidolon, you can't take Power Attack.

Question 1 is answered in the archetype text, "The eidolon has no skills or feats of its own."

Question 2 has no precedent, because the stats of the eidolon aren't from bonuses. Instead, the stats are simply replaced. You would just have to ask your DM and expect table variation.

1)A
2)I always allow it like that. You only gain benefits of the feats when it is summoned then, as you don't qualify for the feats when you aren't in OverSoul.

Ok my bad, always overlooked the skills part and focused on the no feats. Did think of another question if my race has darkvision/low-light vision does the eidolon get it Evo free?

"...and the synthesist perceives through the eidolon’s senses and speaks through its voice, as the two are now one creature."

Some may say that's flavor text but it seems pretty clear to me that the eidolon's senses overwrite your own.
