The text of the Kobold Oracle FCB actually says "Add +1/4 to the armor or natural armor bonus granted by oracle spells she casts on herself."
So what you want is to learn spells that grant you an armor or natural armor bonus. The lowest level spells of any use to you are Barkskin and Instant Armor. Instant Armor is a cleric spell and thus is available to any oracle. Barkskin is a bonus spell granted at 4th level by the Nature and Wood mysteries. I would go with one of those mysteries since the duration of Barkskin is 10 times as long as that of Instant Armor.
I could not find any revelation that would benefit from this ability. To do so, a revelation would have to have "(Sp)" (for spell-like ability) after its name and confer an armor or natural armor bonus.

My Mind goes to Iron Skin. It scales up higher than Barkskin and with the FCB it goes even further.

The Ice Armor Spell would be quite good.
I wonder if that would stack / double dip with magic vestment? At the very least with both you could give yourself 6 + 2/4level's AC bonus from one of a 1st and 3rd level spell (Ice armor and vestment).
Ironskin as well (is on the general cleric list).
So At level 8 with just Barkskin, ice armor and magic vestment you could have +5 Nat armor and +10 Armor Bonus for a resting Ac of 27, 29 if magic vestment benefits (though i don't think that's the case?)
11 (Size) + 1 (Nat Armor) + 5 (Barkskin, FCB) + 8 (Ice Armor, FCB) + 2 (Magic Vestment)

Ah, yes -- the Archives of Nethys doesn't have the Monster Codex up yet, so I missed that one. Iron Skin appears to provide the best protection but with only the minutes per level duration. I suppose you could take the Eldritch Heritage feats for the Shapechanger baseline to turn that around at 11th level, though.

It depends on how pedantic your GM is going to be.
Barkskin, for example, provides an enhancement bonus to natural armor, not a natural armor bonus. As long as you aren't trying to "double-dip" by casting say ice armor and magic vestment and getting the FCB on both I would personally allow it to apply to either one.

Or just use a Lesser extend rod for 3k and a Peral of Power or 2.
The fact you can dismiss it to negate a critical is a nice added bonus.

If it isn't clear whether enhancement bonuses won't work it might be worth looking at polymorphs. A spirit guide oracle with the mammoth spirit gets beast shape III at 10th level, or an elementalist oracle gets elemental body I & III. An air elemental shape, maxed dex and one of the grace feats (or dervish dance) might be fun on a kobold.

Actually they do - Ironskin on AoN.
