Is this a legitimate plant shape a druid can turn into? It is called the Green Man

I don't see why not, it's a medium plant... Of course you need a piece of a CR26 plant which can be tricky to find... :p

Probably not. Each Green Man is an individual demigod and "Unless otherwise noted, polymorph spells cannot be used to change into specific individuals."

Well he got a good point, I didn't consider the demigod thingy ;)

Even if I authorize it you gain : No vine attack since it's a special attack that ACT like natural attack but are not... Acting like something is not equal to bneing that thing... No Thorns Since it's ranged attacks... So only 2 slams (with no absorb magic)... And of course the movement which is good for a plant... Go go Mi-Go :p
