Does anyone know where the rules are located about crafting magical items using a Kineticist. My party has a Archer and a Forge Presist and we want to know if I could channel my blasts into something like a arrow for the archer. I can not really find rules or feats that clarify this. Any help would be great.

It's important to note that this will result in crafting normal items that already exist in the rule book.
I think the OP was hoping that he could "contain" his blast in an arrow and let the archer use them resulting in significantly more damage than would normally be possible. The answer on that would be a definite no, because saving up a bunch of arrows that do level * d6 damage that an archer can then rapidly fire is going to completely decimate enemies.

The thread title led me to believe this thread was more interesting than it turned out to be. I'm sad.
But there is no way you can turn your blasts into arrows that deal the full blast's damage. The best you can do is make vague justifications as part of the crafting, such as a pyrokineticist making +1 flaming arrows.

What about using blast to create a necklaces of Fireball (-the fireball portion) Wouldn't the d6 amount kinda be the same? So it would be a Necklace of Kinetic blasts. ex Type i Necklace of fireball deals 2 at 3d6 and 1 at 5d6, a necklace of Kinetic blast would deal 2 at 3d6 and 1 at 5d6, damage being the same as the associated blasts. I think it could trade off being that the Necklace of Kinetic Blasts is a single target type of thing.
Would that work? Or could a Cloak of Invisibility be the same as a cloak of shimmering image (Water Kin)

By the rules you can't do that.
Kinetic Crafting would let you create exactly a Necklace of Fireballs. Creating a necklace of kinetic blasts would be creating a custom magic item, which is subject to the rules of all custom magic item (which is Ask Your GM).
Basically your Kineticist abilities can supply the normal spell requirements for magic items, but the magic items created work exactly the same way.

I could see a stored power one use item that acts like a scroll and priced accordingly. The spell level being the # of d6 and the CL being the minimum level to have that #. You can apply a combo of form and substance that would not require burn at that kineticist level. Kinetic Blade would be required for any enchanted ammo or charges on a melee weapon.
Other than kinetic blade charged items I would put a minimum kineticist level to activate or the appropriate UMD.
The items would be expensive enough I doubt they would be used too much but on that rare occasion they could be worth it. Might need craft Scroll or a made up feat of Craft Kinetic Charm to make them.
I personally would like to see an item to soak burn, either one use or limited use per day and some way to use additional utility powers, possibly from a different element. Other than the defensive big 6 there is little a kineticist needs to spend any money on.
