The problem with Toughness is that it is "like having +1 CON" without any of the actual benefits of it. You don't get a better fort save, your caster stat isn't increased and you can't take more burn with it. All it is is +1 hp/lvl. Boring, useless, and uber passive. At least with imp initiative your +4 init can let you go before a foe sometimes. At least Extra Wild Talent will let you get a utility or infusion talent for use that you wouldn't have had normally. Delay Blast can let you set up some fancy ambushes. EWT(Elemental Whispers) can get you a familiar which can lead to great utility. Greater Whispers is even better, especially with sage familiar, and your familiar will have more HP than almost anybody that isn't a barbarian.
RE: Accraucy or damage - An Earth Wysp (greater elemental whisper) will give +1 to both accuracy and damage while also being capable of a boosted Aid Another, can be a sage familiar for knowledge checks, and can sacrifice itself to save you when in dire straits.

Even if you do nothing else with elemental whispers it can still give you as much as 2 feats (alertness and familiar bonus) and thats not using any other familiar abilities. If you are investing in perception (every character should) and would spend a feat on improved initiative or iron will (or save of choice) then you should definitely pick it up and never let it leave your mind
