Scroll help!

Okay, so I know it costs more for higher leveled spells in society.

But, say I wanted to buy a scroll of Fog Cloud, CL6? Would that be legal to do in Society? Just so the duration is extended.

See page 20 of the current PFS Roleplaying Guild Guide.

So, no. This would not be PFS-legal. CL3 only, unless you find one in an adventure.

As above, not legal in PFS. There are a few archetypes that allow your caster to use their caster level for scrolls, rather than the scroll's caster level, which would your only legal PFS option in this respect.

Otherwise, you'll often see wands or scrolls with higher than minimum caster level on Chronicle sheets. That's why those are useful rewards.
