I know it seems like a strange question, but is it possible to make the Savage Technologist work in a no guns campaign? Maybe with Elven Curve Blade and Composite Longbow?
The str/dex raging really fits my character backstory but I can't change class features per GM so if I take it, I take it as is in a gun less world.
Yes, it works just fine.
Though personally I'd suggest just taking 1 level and the extra rage feat and then leveling up in something else, like fighter.

It works great even without guns. It's pretty much better than a normal barbarian, the only problem is you can't combine it with some other archetypes you might want.
