I made my first purchase of physical products in the Order # 4240235, and I received an e-mail in 03/03 saying that it was about to ship and the estimate time to arrive was estimated in 13 to 40 business days.
Well, I have not received this order and its been more than 1 week since it should have arrived (74 running days or 51 business days in USA or 49 busniness days in my country)
I waited and gave it extra time but it still hasn't shown up. Is there anything you can do to help me?

I'm sorry to hear to hear that it has made it to you yet! Unfortunately, we do not have tracking information available for most international shipping methods, so I can't do anything to help figure out where it's at.
Sometimes things can get delayed through customs for various reasons, so it generally doesn't hurt to give things another week or two sometimes. You may also want to check with your local customs office or post office to see if they have any thing for you, since it seems like notifications of packages get missed sometimes.
If you are not able to track it down or it doesn't show up in the new few days or so, please let us know.

Hello again.
So I waited one month more, and my order did not arrived. I tried to track it down in the post office, but without success.
Besides waiting more, there is anything else that can be done? Resend, refund?

Your package should have arrived now, so it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up a replacement order for you which should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation, please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made.
