I already posted this in the Advice messageboard, but it didn't get any answers. I hope nobody minds.
The Tyrant archetype for the Antipaladin allows you to pick Lawful Evil outsiders as a fiendish ally as the Fiendish Boon. The Summon Evil Monster feat allows you to summon evil monsters, as the name suggests. One of the possible choices is the Efreeti, who can grant 3 wishes once per day, among other tricks.
Now Wish is an extremely powerful spell, but it's the amounts of Wish that really gets me impressed. The possibility of gaining +5 to all of your stats in less than two weeks is incredibly powerful. And that's not even getting into what else you can do with Wish.
However, I do see a few glaring weaknesses. The ability to grant Wish three times per day is ultimately up to the Efreeti itself, so it can possibly screw over the antipaladin with its wish, if not outright refuse to grant the wishes. Secondly, you have to give up a feat in order to possibly gain an Efreeti fiendish ally, and even then, it might not apply to the fiendish boon ability.
A smart GM might catch on to the Wish abuse and prevent the ally Efreeti from even having Wish in the first place, or having every wish have a drawback somehow.
My main questions are this: can a Tyrant Antipaladin take the Summon Evil Monster feat to gain an Efreeti ally? If he can, can he utilize the Efreeti's wish ability?

Monsters summoned by the Summon Monster X line can't summon more monsters, duplicate spells with expensive material components, or teleport. Your summoning is based on that spell line, rather than a calling spell. That means any argument for being able to use Wish is also an argument against being able to use Summon Evil Monster.

You also have to cast 5 Wish spells back to back to get a plus 5 to an attribute, 3 per day capsule only get you a plus 3 if this were even possible.
Yeah, that's why I said "less than two weeks". 3 per day for 10 days equals 30 ability points. 30 divided by 6 abilities equals 5 points for each. Granted, that would be if it worked in the first place.
But does it have to be 5 per day for it to work?

"Two to five wish spells cast in immediate succession can grant a creature a +2 to +5 inherent bonus to an ability score"
You might be able to cheese it by doing it right when the SLA refreshes to get two days worth of casting. But that's rather smelly cheese.
And either way it won't work if the Efreet is summoned, because as mentioned above, Summon Monster X doesn't allow spells with costly components.
