Enhancement Bonuses for Armor / Weapons

Will someone explain the maximum AC bonus for armors and weapons? Also the maximum special abilities for the same items? It appears to me that +5 is max AC and +6 on special abilities. Also, do things like glamored, slick, shadow cost any enhancement points from special ability points?

Weapons and Armor can have a total of +10 in bonuses, no more than +5 of which can be enhancement bonuses. Most special abilities have an "equivalent" bonus cost that shows how expensive it will be to upgrade the item.

But a max of +6 based on having to be caster level +3 per +1 special (ie cl18 max)?

no, max of +10 with max of +5 worth of actual +'s. it could be a +1 with +9 worth of abilities.
