Question on the Half-Elf Multitalented Racial Trait

According to the description, after I pick my two favored classes, when I level up and take a level in one, I gain 1 hp or 1 sp. It does not say that this is a favored class bonus, simply that by taking a level in one of my favored classes, I automatically gain 1 hp or 1 sp. As such, should I not be able to also pick up my racial favored class bonus (like the +1 to bardic performance rounds), or an additional 1 hp/sp? I feel that I should, but would like consensus.

RAW: Multitalented: Half-elves choose two favored classes at first level and gain +1 hit point or +1 skill point whenever they take a level in either one of those classes.

Half elves get 2 favored classes.

You take the hp, sp, or other each time you take a level.
The hp or sp is your FCB.

Yes RAW it isnt the favored class bonus. It is a completely seperate effect. Not intended though. If this is pfs expect noone to accept it.

So at Halek table it's RAW.
At nearly every other table RAW is that is your FCB because it's describing you can get FCB with either class.

This isn't the first time this has been asked.
