If you are a sorcerer with the draconic bloodline and you multiclass into a bloodrager with the draconic bloodline, how do those two draconic bloodlines interact?
For example:
1. Claws
The sorcerer's draconic bloodline Claws ability says (paraphrasing the relevant parts): Starting at 1st level, you can grow claws as a free action. Each of these attacks deals 1d4 points of damage plus your Strength modifier (1d3 if you are Small). You can use your claws for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier. These rounds do not need to be consecutive.
The bloodrager's draconic bloodline Claws ability says (paraphrasing the relevant parts): At 1st level, you grow claws. These attacks each deal an amount of damage equal to 1d6 (1d4 if you are Small) + your Strength modifier.
The sorcerer's bloodline claws ability says you can grow claws as a free action, each of these attacks deals 1d4 points of damage plus your Strength modifier, and give the number of rounds per day these claws can be grown/used.
The bloodrager's bloodline claws ability simply says you grow claws, they deal 1d6 points of damage plus your Strength modifier, and there is no number of times per day listed.
So, precisely what kind of claws does a multiclass sorcerer (draconic bloodline) / bloodrager (draconic bloodline) have?
1. Dragon Disciple
In a similar vein, would the draconic bloodlines of the above-mentioned multiclass sorcerer (draconic bloodline) / bloodrager (draconic bloodline) stack when going into the Dragon Disciple prestige class?

The bloodrager's claws only manifest when you're raging, as per the bloodrager bloodline powers. The sorcerer's claws manifest when you want them to, but they have a definite usage limit. It's easy to simply say that you can only have one at a time, and can't activate the sorcerer one when you're raging.
Technically, dragon disciple only adds to your sorcerer level for the purposes of your dragon bloodline, but I know that the devs have said bloodrager counts. Either it adds to one of your choice (The most likely option) or it adds to both (The generous option.)

Nope, the bloodlines are completely separate and work as if the other didn't exist.
When you rage you have bloodrager claws, and anytime you want you can free action get sorcerer claws. If you use sorcerer claws while raging you chose which claw statistics you're using.
And they don't stack together for DD.

Can you point to where you get these two statements?

Unless otherwise specified, he gains the effects of his bloodline powers only while in a bloodrage; once the bloodrage ends, all powers from his bloodline immediately cease, and any physical changes the bloodrager underwent revert, restoring him to normal.
So here you only have bloodrager claws while raging. And then it's the rule that you only have 1 hand to have a claw on, so you can't have 2 claws on one hand.
and this FAQ that says, "unless an ability specifically says it stacks with similar abilities (such as an assassin's sneak attack), or adds in some way based on the character's total class levels (such as improved uncanny dodge), the abilities don't stack and you have to use them separately."
So since the bloodlines of sorcerer and bloodrager don't say they stack, they don't. Also in ACG we have the line that effectively says, "These classes can take levels of their parent classes, but doing so will likely lead to redundant abilities." Thus getting natural armor from 1 will overlap with the natural armor from the other leading to redundant natural armor.

Any chance you can provide a link to what you are referring to when you say 'the devs have said bloodrager counts'?
Thanks!
