There's always the Pathfinder society pre-generated characters. They aren't built specifically for the beginner box, but I believe they should work. There's one for every class.
They can be found at this link.

Hi,
I hope to run the game on Thursday, but my group is already asking for all the classes
There's only a few of the classes covered in the BB, but are there other characters somewhere? in other words - is there e.g. BB Druid or a Paladin or a witch?
Thanks
Hi, Wibs! Legendary Games has a line of products called Legendary Beginnings. We did a product called Trail of the Apprentice for both PFRPG and D&D 5e. For Pathfinder, we used simplified rules, and the compilation book offers rules options for the Alchemist, the Gunslinger, and the Witch. You can get the PDF of that compilation from the Legendary Games website.

Check out this link to Ed O' War's blog The site has tons of great material including more resources for the Beginner Box.
Look at the right column "Categories" which contains some extra stuff, including more pre-gen classes, for the Beginner Box rule set.

Did you mean to link to something different than what I linked to? I'd love to find more Beginner Box class conversions if you have them.
