I want to play a giant frog riding gnome Hunter, using the frog as my mount, but Outflank is not as useful to me if I'm often riding.

Is there a feat or other way to take advantage of the Outflank feat so that I can utilize it while mounted? In other words, is there a way that I and the frog can create a situation where we can flank a creature even though the gnome is riding it? Treat it as flanked somehow?

Oh and I need to make it PFS legal too.

WHY ON EARTH IS COMBAT EXPERTISE A PREREQUISITE!?

So many great teamwork feat builds totally destroyed by that one feat.

A level of wildchild brawler helps lessen the pain of needing combat expertise, you still pay the feat tax, but get to skip the int pq.

It's frustrating that Dirty Fighting doesn't overcome the pre-requisite for Pack Flanking.

Just found pack flanking.

Pack Flanking is the way to go. It has a rubbish pre-req but with outflank does provide a huge payoff.

Also consider escape route.

Improved Spell Sharing will also make your limited spell slots go much further.

I do much the same with a sacred huntmaster inquisitor although he is now riding a Roc.

Trying to get 13 int on an any animal companion is a challenge in its own right. Much less requiring Combat Expertise as a feat tax on top of that.

I second the suggestion of dipping Wild Child. You don't lose any Animal Companion advancement and even level one martial flexibility is a decently useful ability along with the rest of what a level one Brawler gets.

You can also use blades above and below from inner sea races.

But as a hunter, you freely share pack flanking with your mount.

Sovereign Court

Pack Flanking is intended for Hunters (and Sacred Huntsman Inquisitors) who automatically grant their teamwork feats to their animal companion.
