Good day,

I've made an order back on April 4th which had a mix of PDF and physical products. Shipping could take up to 18days, with Easter, no problem, we're still within those timeframe.

Today, however, I notice the note that one or several books are not in stock and I was wondering about the impact on my order. Regards they still available but awaiting restock or are they unavailable and I'm out of luck.

Hello Andre,

There are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a longer ship out window on the availability portion of their product page. That is why you see an estimate of up to 18 business days. It is also why you are seeing the out of stock status. We are still waiting for one of the items to arrive.

The longer window on the availability was not a big issue, I was a bit more concerned with the possibility that one of the item was no longer available and thus harder to find.

If it,s just a matter of awaiting for it to arrive before shipping, then all is good here.

It's been a month since last I checked and it's still pending. I realize that with Paizocon there was an extra delay there, but would it be possible to know if the missing item(s) did arrive?

I'm sorry to see this hasn't shipped yet! Unfortunately, it looks like we are having an unexpectedly difficult time getting the item Achtung! Cthulhu RPG: Dark Tales from the Secret War.

Unfortunately, it sounds like our supplier is actually waiting a reprint of that book from the publisher. We do not currently have an estimate for when that may be available. Please let us know if you want that moved to a different order or cancelled, and if you want any other changes made to the order.

I took a bit of time to think about it.

If the only hold up is the one book awaiting reprint (AC: Dark Tales...), maybe move it to a seperate order and ship the 2 other items (AC Atlantis and the Goblins comic) if they are both available. Then when the novel is available ship it on its own.

I have separated the book out into its own order so the other items can ship out. You will be receiving an email confirmation for the new order as well as an updated email confirmation for the original order. The other items should be on their way soon.
