Alright, so I am playing in the Way of the Wicked campaign, and my character has recently gained the Vampire Template. I have already overcome most of the weaknesses i could (Penumbra Tattoo to protect from sunlight gained before to protect from drow light blindness, and a homebrew 'Inspiration' thing for doing extraordinarily well in roleplay to circumvent bad thing that we use to buy Racial Points to add abilities to get a swim speed to negate the running water thing.) My question is what all counts as a private dwelling; dragon lairs, campsite tents, etc. and what ways could you possibly overcome this if you need to force your way in without dominate?

Private Dwelling would be ownship of an enclosed space. So, you could enter a campsight freely, but if they had housewagons/RVs you'd need permission to enter those.
The Dragon's Lair might qualify, but you might not need the dragon's permission, rather the official owner of the land (Dragons usually aren't given the ability to own land by local government, they just take it). And you don't need permission from anyone present, just the permission.
As for getting inside of private dwellings, the easiest option is to become a Landlord. Even if they are occupying a space, you own it, so can give permission (to yourself). And if the Private Dwelling is currently infested with some creature the local government doesn't like, you can probably buy for cheap.
And as an aside, talk to the GM, some vampire fiction requires permission given by the current owner, while other vampire fiction allows permissions given in the past or by past owners to qualify (by deceased owners). GM may allow past permissions to qualify, just because they don't want to keep track of which permission giving NPCs have died of natural causes during the adventure. You could potentially use Speak with Dead to gain permission to enter ancient private dwellings (which now have new owners). Old cities are ideal here.
The other one to ask the GM about, is if permission can be resinded, and how that is done. Sometimes it would require the vampire to be specifically asked to leave, while other fiction might not actually have permission be a revokeable concept.
