Plant wild shape longest reach

Advice

Can anyone help me find the longest reach Plant form I could wild shape into for Medium, Large, and Huge sized trees please?

Currently for huge shape I have found the corpse lotus can reach 25ft.

Do I need a clear path in order to grapple a monster 25ft away from me? Or is it ok as long as I can move that creature to an adjacent square that is open?

You are allowed to make the grapple attempt w/o a clear path, but it will have cover from you (+4 AC that I think also applies to CMD though I can't find rules on it).

There are no rules about there being a clear path within your reach from the foe's location to a square adjacent to you, so that's up to the GM. (In some circumstances it would be reasonable to rule that you pick the creature up, carrying it over the obstacles, and set it down adjacent to you.) If no adjacent space is available your grapple fails as per standard grapple rules.

Sounds very reasonable

The Quickwood is probably your best bet for reach; four natural attacks with 60 ft. reach is pretty hard to beat. It is Huge, though, so you'll have to wait a while before transforming into one. If you require something smaller, the Medium Weedwhip has 15 ft. reach, and the Large Vipervine has 20 ft. reach with its tendrils.

Quickwood appears to be quite epic, would the roots all be secondary attacks?

I believe so, given the presence of Multiattack among the monster's feats and its corresponding penalty to the root attacks.

10th level isn't bad for 60' reach. Unfortunately getting multiattack depends entirely on the game. In PFS only way to get it legally is being a 10th level ranger with the Natural Weapon style
