So for the Shadow "school" spells what do they count as. Im going to assume that things like Spell Focus still apply only for Illusion but what about resistances?
Im also assuming that Shadow Enchantment wont work on undead but does the spell also count as enchantment (compulsion/mind affecting) for things like the sorcerer undead bloodlines resistances?
Do Shadow Evocation spells count as their element? Does a Shadow Fireball still do fire damage?

They kind of have to adopt tags like mind affecting from the emulated spell for the purpose of immunities, or you open up lots of shenanigans. Should you also let bonuses (like DC boosters to all mind affecting) apply? You're kind of in common sense and balance territory, there aren't any rules on it.

There's often two saves associated with the Shadow X spells - one to disbelieve the Shadow X, and the other against the emulated spell.
Regardless of the result of the save to disbelieve, an affected creature is also allowed any save that the spell being simulated allows, but the save DC is set according to shadow conjuration's level (4th) rather than the spell's normal level.
So, for those purposes, I'd assume the first save is against Illusion (shadow). The second save, if there is one, is against the emulated spell (so mind-affecting, fire, whatever.)
