Look up the Games Workshop "skaven" army. They're all bipedal rats.

Search using 'wererat' in figure finder.

You can find shaven minis on eBay. Not pre-painted in quite the way you were thinking, but maybe good enough?

Mouselings are another cute looking option for a pudgy high charisma young ratfolk character.

that one does look kinda good. mouselings look a little cartoony. and the skaven are kinda plague rats are they not?

Skaven are somewhere between small and medium. Bigger than most halfling minis, closer to the size of a dwarf. The Reaper figures are pretty good. I think there was a DDM wererat that was cool.

cool, thanks for the info danyray. I just got Okko Miniatures - Nezumi it's a really small fig. It's about the size of those kobolds that just came out.

Dwarven Forge has put out a bunch of pre-painted ratfolk. They're expensive, but come in a large set.

In case anyone else doesn't know, they've started producing some nice sets of pre-painted City Guards and Townfolk along with their new city and castle terrain sets.
