Maybe wizard since they have less to give up and will have more skill points. It'd be better still for a cleric IMO, as either wizard or sorc gets no benefit from adding sorc/wiz spells to their list.
Depends, the oracle is like a dozen classes in one. A heavens oracle has few good revelations and one great one that wants more wizard spells, they would lose little and benefit greatly. A battle oracle would hate it. Probably more types of oracle would find it bad than good but I expect there's other gems in there.
You misunderstand; it adds spells to your PERSONAL list (spells known/in your spellbook), not your CLASS list.

So maybe a bit more benefit for a sorc then. Still, the PrC wants you to invest in skills.
A lore oracle has couple of good late game revelations, but might gain more than they lose by this PrC. I'd hate to lose the juju oracle's bonus spells but little else would be affected for them.

Sorry, but no. You said "not your CLASS list", which is simply wrong. That the first part is right doesn't make the second part less wrong.
