My Oracle I am currently playing is a follower of Urgathoa. She has been a faithful follower for many years and is now wanting to find a different deity because she feels Urgathoa is getting in the way of her path she is to be on. How can she go about this without consequence or will she have consequences at all for following a different deity?

DM would be the only one that decides about no consequences.
My own thoughts as a DM... Since Oracles are vessels of divine power without their own choice, On the surface I do not think the Oracle has a chance to switch - by fluff it was never the character's choice to begin with.
On the other hand, it can make for an interesting campaign hook if it can be worked in to the storyline... two divine powers staking a claim on a vessel.
Or possibly Urgathoa abandoning the vessel, as it is not following the path that deity had in mind - I could envision another divine power claiming it if it were opposed to Urgathoa, use her old tool against her and all that.

What mystery do you have? Is it a plausible choice for the deity you're changing to, or are you looking to change mysteries as well?
I don't know if it would be entirely against the rules, but an Oracle of bones following Sarenrae would be...Odd. Changing mysteries sounds like close to a completely new character.

Oracles don't actually receive power from a deity. At worst they receive power from a group of deities that sort of align with their mystery. If your Oracle doesn't actually have any deity related things (feats or whatever) then it's simply a matter of switching which church you go to. If you do have feats or something, you probably need to retrain out of them before you can convert.
Unlike a cleric, who draws her magic through devotion to a deity, oracles garner strength and power from many sources, namely those patron deities who support their ideals.
Unless this is for PFS? I think they have rules on divine casters needing a deity, I don't know if it applies to an Oracle.

Only the GM can tell if that's possible at all, but Ye Gods, the retraining time and cost will be a doozy if that's the case!

The way oracles work is that 'something' (gods, or random chance) shoved power into their head, and they get powers (and side effects in the form of a curse) as a result.
They are basically like sorcerers, but it is less 'something in the blood' that you inherited, and more something acquired along the way (usually). So it isn't something you can really do much about.
So there is little reason to switch mysteries. A particular god might have given you that power, but there is little reason to stick with that god. You can go and do anything you want.
Any consequences are purely RP based rather than class based (like a cleric), such as members of a Ugathoa cult hunting you as a heretic and 'thief'.
