More specifically, you'll want the Golarion interactive maps that Garrett has put together. He has both a tiled version that is super-snappy and prettier but with a little less detail, and a vector version which is slower and runs client-side but has some more detail options.
Edited to add: both have ruler tools which you can use to make measurements directly on the map.

If you want to be able to enter two cities or POI's and get a great-circle distance between them, that's something I can create pretty easily.
For now, you can look up the latitude/longitude of major cities and a selection of points of interest, and then use any great circle calculator on the web like this one to get a distance.

I was looking more for like the chart in a road map but this is much better.
Example I was looking for:
A 0 10 20 30
B 10 0 10 20
C 20 10 0 10
D 30 20 10 0
A B C D

Hmm. I could dynamically generate something like that. Pick, say, two or three countries/regions and it can spit out a table of distances between all cities in the selected regions. It's a good idea.
It might take me a week or two to get to it, but I like the idea and I'll get it done and note this thread when it's ready.
