Readied Action

Rules Questions

1) Could I ready an action to then make an attack when my familiar/animal companion attacks a target?

2) Could I make that attack a vital strike/IVS/GVS?

I don't see why not.

Are you riding the animal? If not then you can. You have a simple trigger a GM is not going to have an issue with. I don't see any concerns or issues? Has one been brought up using this?

No, not riding the animal.

And no, I havnt tried this in a game (yet), I usually don't bother with readying actions, so my knowledge on them is lacking. I simply didnt know if that would be a suitable trigger or not :)
