Are there any magical items out there that actively conceal the magical aura of one's other possessions?

That does mean you give up your neck slot. :)

Alternatively, you could get a wand of non-detection for 1/3rd the cost, have a slightly better DC, and have each charge last 5 hours.

Infiltrator's mail does that. Several items have an effect on what they contain - a pathfinder's pouch, a security belt and a concealing pocket at least.
