No. The pre-gen is an exception.

DarthLang is referring to the Yoon (the pregenerated kineticist) who as a human child is represented by having a small size.

Noetheless you can't make a small version of a race. Yoon is a specific exception. I'll see if I can't dig up the relevant posts.

I have a friend who liked the pregen kineticist so much that she found a Society legal way to recreate her, so she could play a fire blasting human child as a PC.

She's a gnome with amnesia and a hat of disguise, who honestly believes she's a human child. Of course, she never takes off her "lucky hat" as she wanders Golarion as a Pathfinder.

Yes, such items' effects have a duration, as indicated by the spell’s duration and the item’s caster level. If the item has no daily use limit, however, you can simply use the item again to reset the duration.
