Bloodline Arcana allows character spells to be misidentified as other spells. If the opponent mis-IDs the spell, can the spell they mis-ID it as, be a fictional spell?
Example, I cast magic missile. Opponent fails their spellcraft by 5 or more. This causes them to identify the spell I cast as another, predesignated spell. If that spell doesn't actually exist (like I declare it as Summon Magic Walrus Gun), does that work with the bloodline, or do I have to designate a real spell....?

First I want a magic walrus gun. Is that a gun that shoots walruses at people or a gun that is a walrus?
Second, I don't think that works. Not 100% on that however, if I was DM just for simplicity I would say it has to be a real spell.
That being said what are you trying to do? I mean if the person thinks it's the wrong spell they are screwed for counter spelling and just in general ie: you cast charm person they think you cast eagle's splendor.
I don't see how them thinking you are about to be the proud owner of a magical walrus gun when you actually just cast magic missile as better than say fly. Granted once they see magic missiles being shot they know what you actually cast anyways.

True, it's more useful for spells without an obvious effect. Say, cast Charm Person on the guard captain, but spellcraft says you're casting Detect Undead. You brush it off to the other guards like you're just paranoid about undead sneaking up, and have a chat with your good buddy about how you're volunteering to guard the prison tower today so that he can spend some time with his young child.

I'm not trying to "DO" anything, but I am trying to assess the potential applications of this arcana.
There's a lot of potential with bluff, and other skill checks, if you are perceived to be casting spells that the opponent has never heard of, vs casting spells that they have heard of. This is especially the case if the opponent is harmed by normally harmless spells or healed by normally harmful spells, and you don't actually know this.
As for the example, it was just an extreme example. I wanted something over the top, to ensure that there wasn't actually an unknown to me existing spell by the name of my example.
