if I wAS to stab someone with airbubble they should take damage correct? how about fireball, or a dragons acid spray? the person should be taking damage correct?

Yes. Nothing in the spells description provides any sort of protection from attacks, it just creates a bubble of air to breathe or to protect an object from water.
