Things to help vs ability score damage / drain

Other than obtaining a Ring of Inner Fortitude, are there items, feats, etc that a PC can get to help him avoid ability score damage or drain. I'm not talking about healing it but rather pro-active ways of avoiding it or reducing it at the point of contact.

Death Ward usually helps protect against some very common sources of ability damage via undead.

Disease and Poison are probably the biggest two causes of ability damage.

Remove Sickness (ref. Ultimate Magic) is a 1st level spell that lasts 10 minutes per level that adds +4 to saves vs. disease. Buy a Pearl of Power or three to give to a fellow party member to cast it on you if you can't do so yourself.

Delay Poison (ref. Core) is a 2nd level spell that lasts 1 hour per level that grants immunity to Poison. You can buy a Pearl of Power and a Lesser Rod of Extend Spell and nearly be immune to poison for the day.

have good saving throws. and good touch ac.

But I am curious, why the need to have such prevention. Are you fighting a horde of enemies that give them? because healing it will probably be the far cheaper route.

I am a player in a Pathfinder Updated Age of Worms campaign. DM told us that there is A LOT of ability score damage/drain in the game. We have ran into a "radiation elemental" which was deadly and a few other things.

@Claxon - I'm not sure if we will be fighting a ton of undead in the campaign or not but yes that is a viable option to all of us.

@Rory - My PC is immune to poison so no worries there. :)

Here is a post that contains a lot of links to items and such that help vs. level drain and other stuff.
Sure, some is homebrew, and some fanciful, but it has stuff that is valid (even in PFS) that can help with various things.

One aid for after a drain is Soul Stimulant.

Death Warden's Bandolier, if you include mythic then you can have Death Ward active 24hrs on the whole party as long as they stay within 30 feet
