Looking for some idea for filling up a boss encounter

I'm working on a boss encounter for my game, CR 20. So far this is what I have:

Boss: Level 18 magus with PC gear
Henchman: Level 15 witch or wizard (haven't decided)
Henchman: Level 11 cleric
Minions: Level 11 unchained rogues x5

Adding this up leaves 57,600 xp left to spend, the equivalent of 3 CR 12 creatures. Some evil outsiders would be very thematically appropriate for this encounter, but there are just so many to choose from... Suggestions?

Grand Lodge

Elder Magma Elemental, Elder Aether Elemental, & Elder Air Elemental.

The Aether Elemental is near invisible and can launch enemies far away- thereby isolating members of the party.
The Air Elemental uses Whirlwind to lift enemies in the air, while Magma Elemental creates pools of Lava at the base of the whirlwind, then the Air Elemental drops the party into the pools of lava.

You could just run a few of the later two, but watching the party bellyflop into a pool of lava is just too fun.


What level is the party? Most parties I would pit agianst a CR20 encounter could just ignore everyone but the magus and witch/wizard. I would simply use the xp to boost some of the existing minions

@Dastis - Party will likely be level 15-16, 6 PCs.
