They can theoretically prepare any spell on the Druid spell list, so long as their Wisdom and level are high enough.

A druid can prepare any spell on the druid list, provided some caveats.

1. Obviously, the druid cannot prepare spells of a level they do not have spell slots for or a high enough Wisdom score to cast.

2. The druid must follow their Chaotic, Evil, Good, and Lawful Spells class feature.

3. The druid cannot prepare racial spells or spells with similar sorts of restrictions if they are not able to bypass or meet the prerequisites of the spells.

Of course, a GM can make other caveats, such as source restriction, but those are very much a case of YMMV.

Clerics and Druids get their spells through prayer and tree hugging, not books. Hence you can pick whatever ole spell you can cast from the Druid's spell list every day.

They "know" every spell you have access to for them. New book comes out and you have access to that material, they now "know" those spells.
