Confused on the wording of Dismissal and the Ring of Force Fangs.
Is Dismissal a force that the ring can block? The wording on the spell description mentions a force.
If so Is it per charges on the ring that the person is targeted?

Can I get someone to clarify?

No, Dismissal is an Aburation spell that uses the word "forces" colloquially. You need spells with the [force] descriptor like Magic Missile.

Not a force effect so no. The spell doesn't have the force descriptor, nor does it state that it's a force effect.
