Class for someone in my group.

Hello. Someone in my group is playing a half human half angel custom race and want to play like a cleric mixed with like fighter or war priest mixed with paladin only more chaotic than either because good and evil are rarely black and white to him. Are their any classes like that? Suggestions? It can be a 3rd part or custom creation.

Are you trying to encourage, ignore or discourage his Morally ambivalent attitude. Why don't you just go with it and have him be a Slayer. That way you don't have to worry about a cycle of falls and atonements that will just get old. He just isn't that kind of angel.

He roleplays well. He will play a good character he is just looking for a class thats more choatic then cleric or paladin. He mainly doesnt want to have to worship a diety.

Sounds like he wants to be an Oracle, perhaps of Battle.

paladin of freedom? or just an oath paladin by raw they don't change the alignment requirement but logically they should as they get rid of the paladin code and replace it with some thing that would mostlikly be neutral at best and evil at worst and as an oath paladin you don't need a god

The Oracle of battle is always a good choice for divine combatant types, but there's nothing inherently lawful about the cleric or warpriest classes.

He ended up choosing a type of paladin like Lady-J said. That all of you for your help ^^
