Do Natural Armor Bonuses Stack with Wild Armor?

Rules Questions

When a Druid wearing wild armor uses Wild Shape to transform he gets to keep his bonuses from wearing Armor with the Wild special ability. Does he also get to stack Natural Armor bonuses such as the +4 size bonus for transforming into a large creature?

yes armor and natural armor are different bonuses to ac thus they stack

And they'll stack barkskin on top of that too if they're smart.

And they might even go for a wild shield if possible.

A size bonus isn't a natural armor bonus. It is a size bonus.

As Lady-J said, bonus of different types always stack.

And to add further to what Alderic said, barkskin does not add a natural armor bonus. It adds an enhancement bonus to your natural armor. So it stacks with your existing natural armor.
