I'd say these are several different things, depending on what you are going for. I agree with Sideromancer knowledge (engineering) would be good to pick up, to round this out. However, to the main point, if you're looking for just someone who drafts designs and also builds them I would say you would want profession (drafting) and profession (architect). Now drafting isn't specifically called out in the rules, I don't think, so I'd talk to your GM. If you are looking for a painter, sculpter, etc. who is also an architect, then I would pick a craft skill that's appropriate and profession (architect).
