Monk Flurry Of Blows Vicious stomp

Advice

Level 2 monk Flurry of blows + Vicious stomp + Combat Reflexes

Scenario:
Monk Attacks, uses flurry of blows: Hits with fist, then attempts to trip, trip succeeds, attack of opportunity is given, Monk uses flurry of blows again attacks him while the person is prone.
Person: attempts to get up provokes attack of opportunity,
Monk: again uses flurry of blows.

Is This Allowed?

Flurry of blows is a full round action, not a single attack. Attacks of opportunity are single attacks.

Flurry of Blows doesn't interact with attacks of opportunity at all. You can do a flurry of blows, replace the first attack with a trip, take an AoO from Vicious Stomp, make the rest of your attacks against the prone enemy, and take another AoO on his turn when he tries to stand up.

Note that you cant trip him with your AoO, but you do get the +4 for attacking a prone target.

Use the Hungry Ghost archetype, if you're playing Core Monk; else, get Punishing Kick if Unchained.

Hungry Ghost gives you Punishing Kick instead of Stunning Fist. Punishing Kick will either knock an enemy prone with failed fort save, or knock them back a number of feet based on your level [5ft initially, 10ft at 10th, 15ft at 15th, etc].

Punishing Kick is an added effect of the attack, not a trip attempt.

That said- Yes, you can Vicious Stomp during a Flurry of Blows. No, you can't trip a prone enemy trying to stand; nor can you flurry during an AoO.
