Well, you could always go the Whispering Way.... Do you know any vampires?
I mean, there's the Sun Orchid Elixir, but there's no way to get it by RAW (and even if there was, from what we know of it, it would be prohibitively expensive for all of the highest-level characters).
Or you could be struck with a reincarnate spell after dying- that would reset you to your youth, but would likely stick you with a different race, and you'd need a wish to get back to human, but both of those could be done with a scroll or a hired spellcaster.
But I mean, if it was easy for a human to extend their lifespan, how likely is it that a lot of people would choose to become undead (Which is why the Whispering Way is so popular, it's a fairly "easy" way to become "immortal"), spend absurd amounts of money restoring their youth (And boost Thuvia's economy!), or spend most of their career looking for ways to extend their lifespan (hence all of the timeless body and immortality-type high-level class abilities)?

If you're playing in Golarion, there's always the sun orchid elixir... if you have the money and can win the annual auction.
