Can a magus further add abilities to his bonded weapon with arcane pool (keen etc ) ?

are you sure?
the blade bond "alter the ability" .... so, making sure the basics stay.
if so, it's not half bad option for a rare weapon type .... katana or Falcata.... nice

Diego Rossi is correct. You can add temporary enhancements or special abilities through your Arcane Pool, Deliquescent Gloves, the Keen Edges spell, etc. You just can't add permanent enhancements or special abilities to the weapon itself.
