Usefulness of seething hatred?

So I am playing a ranged slayer in hells rebels and at reaching 5th lvl I'm considering getting seething hatred against evil outsiders, we're in the second book and I'm wondering if evil outsiders would be the best choice?

There are definitely a lot of evil outsiders in the campaign. You may not see them too much at your level, but they are coming.

The PCs see quite a few evil outsiders, even at that stage of the campaign. Mostly as particularly strong encounters or mission bosses, but still.

All we've done in book 2 is save the hells knights of the order of the torrent, were about to try to stop a serial murderer?

Not every evil is from outside Golarion. Some of them are homegrown.

Still, you're playing Hell's Rebels, so expect to kill quite a few lawful evil outsiders!
